I try to eat the same meal everyday, or use a variety of the same items, so I don't get bored.
Breakfast:                                                                                 Lunch:
Bowl of oatmeal with bananas or raisins.                                     1/2 sandwich: Turkey, or Chicken Lunch Meat
Apple Juice 4 ozs.                                                                      Lots of Lettuce/Tomatoes/& Slight amt.of Mayo
1 slice of 7 grain toast w/ slight pat of butter (Not Margarine)          7-Grain Whole Wheat bread
4 ozs. of Tai Chi Green Tea                                                          Piece of fruit (Doesn't matter what kind)
                                                                                                   4 ozs. of Tai Chi Green Tea (Then I eat the leaves)
                                                                        
                                                                            Dinner
                                                          ( I try everyday to eat no later than 6:00 p.m.)
                                                         Green Salad ( 1 Tablespoon of Ranch Dressing)
                                                         1 piece of chicken (Broiled not fried)
                                                         1 slice of Wheat Bread
                                                          Vegetables ( I love Squash, steamed, or Okra/Tomatoes)
                                                          1 full bottle of Water
                                                          No more Tai Chi Tea (Because you want to be able to sleep)
